I'm a wife mother of two work a full-time job and am an active volunteer in my hometown of Saratoga Springs. On top of all this I am now adapting to a gluten-free lifestyle. It's been an adjustment after having been a bakery owner in the past! I'm hoping to share my food finds and tips with others who are dealing with the same issues. Have a challenge? displace it along. The cover of the November-December 2007 air of Hannaford’s fresh Magazine features an article on ! The cookies pictured here are the. I experience. I experience…oats are not normally considered gluten-free…BUT Bob’s Red Mill’s GF oats are finally available! (I picked some up this past pass at ). Hannaford. Price Chopper and most grocery chains carry a decent selection of Bob’s Red Mill products but Ocean State’s selection is by far the largest I undergo come across! I have not found the oats available anywhere else yet so act checking your local chains if you are not near an Ocean State. The article features three nice-looking and delicious-sounding desserts. If you can find the GF oats all of the desserts would be gluten-free as well as wheat-free. The looks amazing! The third recipe a looks promising too. Fresh Magazine is free with a $25.00 Hannaford purchase ($2.00 without a purchase). It’s a nice publication and it’s the closest our local grocery chains come to the glorious. It’s the second measure since I have been GF that Hannaford has featured gluten-free articles in their magazine. Check it out! Those were some good recipes. Have you tried the gluten-free desserts book at yet? That one is fantastic if you are into sweets. They actually announce it for bakers that want recipes for cakes good enough to sell at sell. Also. I’ll have to try that Chocolate Fudge cover with Raspberry Coulis you link to above now too - the picture sure looks good. Thanks for the info. Thanks for the shopping tip for Bob’s gluten-free oats at Job Lot. I had an errand to run in Ballston Spa today and stopped by to pick up some of those oats so I can make some apple fold for my honey. Also got some other gluten-free flours I’ve not yet worked with like millet dredge and color hit flour so it’ll be fun to experiment with them. Thanks again for alerting me to that gluten-free opportunity![ADVERTHERE]Related article:
